The JC hedgehog cleaner is a professional device used to separate clods of earth, tops and other small impurities from the product. The working element of the device is a wide belt with rubber inserts. The uncleaned product falling on the belt slides along the protrusions and falls into the chute. The customer can independently decide on the direction of the product flow using one of the chutes installed on the left and right sides of the machine. Contamination, on the other hand, gets between the belt's protrusions and is thrown directly into the waste bin. Two active shafts made of acid-resistant steel are installed above the belt. They have a double function. Firstly, they direct the peeled potatoes into the selected chute, and secondly, they make sure that the tops come out from under the belt's protrusions and move directly to the waste chute. The speed of the belt and the speed of rotation of the shafts are infinitely adjustable by an inverter. The sophisticated design of the machine allows you to adjust the working angle in three planes and the angle of the shafts in two planes. As standard, the machine is made of powder-coated steel.
