ST | Gauge calibrator

ST | Gauge calibrator

The device is designed for calibrating vegetables and potatoes. Raw materials smaller than the size of the holes in the belt are fed to a transverse selector conveyor, while larger raw materials are transported further. An eccentric pusher is located in the central part of the sorting belt. A special active “ejector” for jammed raw materials is located in front of the sorting belt's drive drum.

The use of a mechanical connector in the sorting belt makes it possible to replace it quickly, and the size of the holes in the belt is subject to coordination.

The standard version of the equipment is equipped with a 0/1 motor-driven switch with overload protection. All motors are equipped with a mechanical speed control - a variable speed drive.

The equipment is moved on wheels.

The modular design makes it possible to connect the sorting units in a line for calibration.

Optional manufacturing and equipment:

– all parts are made of stainless steel

- control panel for the complex system (2-3 calibrators working together)

Modernization of packaging lines

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.

The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
