It is designed to dry wet vegetables that have been washed or polished at the previous stages. The working elements of the dryer are shafts wrapped in felt synthetic fabric. The shafts are driven by two independent electric motors.

Directly below the felt rollers is a set of rollers that squeeze the moisture out of the felt. The rollers are mounted on an independent spring system, which allows you to adjust their pressure on the fabric.

The water that is squeezed from the rollers flows down the gutters into the drain at the end of the machine.

The dryer is made of black powder-coated steel as standard.
