Palletizer GT

Pallet wrapping machine is a modern equipment designed for automatic wrapping of pallets with stretch film.

It is equipped with a PLC controller with HMI panel for intuitive control of the wrapping process. The system automatically detects the pallet height and adjusts the operating parameters accordingly. The machine allows you to adjust the speed of the film cart and rotary table, and provides smooth start and stop for stability and load safety.

Two models are available

-GT - with manual pallet feeding on a rotating table and manual film control.

-GTP is a fully automatic model with a roller conveyor, automatic film feeding, trimming and securing, and the ability to integrate with palletizing systems.

The palletizer supports pallets of 1.2 m x 0.8 m and 1.2 m x 1.0 m, with a maximum load capacity of up to 1100 kg. The structure is made of powder-coated structural steel for durability and resistance to damage.
