Water tank (whirlpool)

The ZSW series water hoppers are designed for gentle unloading of root crops such as carrots, beets, potatoes, their preliminary washing and dosing before further processing.

Job Description:

The vegetables are unloaded directly into a hopper filled with water, which reduces the risk of damage. The air bubbles blown by the fan pass through the dirty vegetables in the hopper, tossing them up and causing mutual friction between the vegetables, which in turn ensures high efficiency of dirt removal. The flow of water pushes the vegetables onto a bar conveyor that moves the vegetables for unloading or to the next section of the production line.
