Inspection tables of the T series

Inspection tables are designed for inspection and manual sorting of vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, etc.). T series - for standing work.

Inspection tables are designed for inspection and manual sorting of vegetables (potatoes, onions, etc.). Roller tables are available in two versions. ТR - designed for the operator to work while sitting. As standard, the tables are equipped with PVC rollers, which, rotating around their axis, also move the table frame, thereby moving and rotating the goods for convenient and high-quality inspection of each unit. Optionally, the tables can be equipped with stainless steel casters. The speed of the rollers is infinitely adjustable using an inverter. The lighting that comes as standard makes it possible to work at any time of the day. The tables are also equipped with two folding casters, which allows you to automatically clean the table from debris that has fallen between the casters. The debris that falls between the rollers is removed by a conveyor located parallel to the rollers under them to a special buffer storage device that is integrated into the table. As standard, the machine is made of high quality steel with powder coating.

Modernization of packaging lines

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.

The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
