The WK04 weighing station is a compact solution for vegetable producers who sell their products mainly in small packages (1 kg - 10 kg) and for whom weighing accuracy is very important. The WK04 is equipped with four weighing sections of 11 liters each. Despite the small size of the equipment, the weighing accuracy of the WK04 station is very close to that of classic multi-channel weighing stations. All elements that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel as standard. The machine body is made of high quality steel with powder coating. The WK04 weighing station is equipped as standard with an unloading conveyor, a receiving platform filling sensor, and a service platform with a ladder. The principle of operation of the machine is to supply products to the weighing sections using a belt conveyor with blades (each channel has an independent weighing system). After that, the computer selects combinations from different sections to obtain a given weight. That is, each weighing section contains half or a third of the required portion, from which the computer reads the scale data and then forms the most accurate portion by weight, pours it onto the transverse conveyor, and then into the sewing machine. The conveyor belt is suitable for use in the food industry. The large, user-friendly, intuitive Mitsubishi touchscreen display provides easy operation of the weighing station. The weighing station can be equipped with one or two R or F series packaging machines for automatic operation. When operating in conjunction with two R or F series packaging machines, the weighing station works with them alternately.
