Weighing batcher of the WR series

The WR series weighing batcher is a professional equipment for weighing and packing vegetables in the range from 2.5 kg to 50 kg.

The WR weighing batcher is designed for weighing and packing vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, beets). The weighing hopper is loaded with vegetables using a belt conveyor with paddles. Depending on the model, the dispenser is equipped with one or two belts (wide and narrow). The additional belt is used to minimize the error during weighing. The weight is set by the operator (from 2.5 to 50 kg). The product is poured into ready-made nets, bags, and sacks at the operator's command or at the signal of the packaging machine. The weighing batcher can be equipped with an R or F series packaging machine for more automated operation. The equipment can be used both in a line for processing and pre-sale preparation of vegetables and in an autonomous mode (as a separate machine).
