R series packaging machines

The R1/R2 packaging machines are designed to pack portions of vegetables from 2.5 kg to 25 kg (potatoes, onions, carrots, beets and parsley root) in a mesh bag.

The principle of operation of the R-series packaging machine is that the mesh bag, which is cut from the roll, is filled with the product, then sewn with a professional sewing machine (Fischbein/Newlong) and fed onto the finished product conveyor. The R2 packaging machine is supplied with a Fischbein F100 sewing machine, and the R1 packaging machine is supplied with a Fischbein/Newlong single-thread sewing machine. A neck sensor, which is standard on the machine, monitors the throughput of the machine to help ensure a smooth, automatic packaging process. Vibrating mechanisms can also be added to the neck and the base of the net. Thanks to these mechanisms, the goods will interfere with the bag, which is very important when packing root crops.

The packaging machines are adapted to work with WK weighing stations and WR30 weighing feeder. As standard, the machines are made of high quality steel using powder coating. Mitsubish's user-friendly, intuitive touch display makes the packaging machine easy to operate.
