The main element of the machine is the rollers covered with a special moisture-absorbing cloth, which, while rotating, remove water from the surface of the vegetables and then transport them further in the direction of the dumping. The water is squeezed out of the cloth by the second row of rollers (located below), and the water enters the collecting funnel, from where it is discharged further.
Chain drive - depending on the variant, there can be one or two drive motors.
Possibility to choose left or right handed version (access to controls and drive elements)

Manufacturing option:
Standard: construction made of ordinary steel S235JR/RAL7015 + housings made of acid-resistant steel EN-1.4307
Option: entire unit made of acid-resistant steel EN-1.4307
