ONS | Trimming equipment for onions

The device is designed for pre-marketing processing of onions - cutting off dried green onions and detaching attached husks.

Characteristics:

The fully enclosed design of the device ensures the highest level of safety for operating personnel. Excellent access to the most important elements of the machine is ensured by the opening guard, which is protected by sensors against tampering. There is a waste conveyor at the bottom of the machine. The rotational speed of the knives is regulated by an inverter.

How it works:

The working element is a rod grate, under which the cutting knives rotate at high speed. The movement of the onions on the sieves is forced by a system of special vibrating motors. The working speed of the knives is regulated by an inverter.
