The body is made of ordinary sandblasted steel, painted with 2 layers of industrial paints. Covers made of galvanized steel. Contact elements made of acid-resistant steel.

Characteristics of the machine:
Brush shafts driven by V-belts ensure quiet and stable operation. Functional covers provide easy and direct access to the brush shaft bearings. A running water sprayer is mounted above the working part and an additional purified water sprayer is available for the version with a water treatment system. A flap for adjusting the time of washing raw materials. The working speed of the brushes is controlled by a frequency converter.

How it works:
The raw material is fed into the filling washing chamber; it is processed by rotating brushes and water from the sprayer, then moves towards the adjustable outlet flap. The productivity is determined by the amount of raw material fed and the degree of opening of the outlet flap.
