Пристрій призначений для полірування моркви (очищення моркви) та інших коренеплодів.
The raw material is fed into the machine's feed hopper, then it enters the polishing drum, where it is processed by rotating polishing brushes. To improve the polishing effect, the drum is driven into a transverse translational and rotational motion (balancing), which additionally reduces the pitting of the brushes. During the polishing process, the raw material is sprayed with running water from the sprinklers. The brush rotation speed is controlled by a frequency converter, and the balancing speed is controlled by a variator. The productivity of the equipment depends on the speed of the working elements, the amount of raw material supplied, and the degree of opening of the outlet flap.

Machine characteristics:
Each brush shaft is driven by a single motorized gearbox (V-belts for the ECO variant), which ensures quiet and stable operation. Functional housings provide easy and direct access to the brush shaft bearings. Brush speed adjustment (inverter) and drum balancing (variator).
