Drum washer for washing potatoes and root vegetables for industrial purposes. The washing drum (made of acid-resistant perforated steel - several types of perforations are available) is suspended and driven by V-belts. The raw materials are washed by immersion or in the shower - special efficient spray nozzles mounted outside the drum cover the entire length of the drum and at the same time eliminate the need for a spray pipe along the entire length of the drum. An adjustable flap is located between the drum chamber and the discharge conveyor. The feeding rod conveyor has an adjustable operating angle and operating speed, as well as a running water sprayer on the top and bottom.
A scraper dirt outlet is installed in the lower part of the equipment, under the washing drum, to systematically remove dirt that settles on the bottom. The discharge throttle valve is pneumatically operated (external compressed air supply required).

Controlling automation - parameterization of all equipment elements is carried out from the touch panel level (water level control, throttle frequency, operating speed of the drum and conveyor). The touch panel controller allows for easy and quick adjustment.
Possibility to choose left- or right-handed version (location of hatches and control panel).
