09:00 - 18:00MBWL | DRUM SINK WITH STONE REMOVER
The compact design and combination of a stone remover and a large-sized industrial drum washer in one device ensure high productivity while maintaining excellent cleaning effects. In addition to separating boulders and stones, the use of a stone remover in the machine's filling hopper guarantees a productivity increase of about 20% compared to a washer with a similarly sized drum. The next advantage of using a water stone remover is minimizing damage to the raw material, as it falls directly into the water.
The device operates in automatic mode - all processes are monitored by a computer and controlled by a touch panel. The use of rod conveyors ensures preliminary flow of raw materials and waste.
The design of the device ensures the highest level of safety for the operator. The opening flaps provide excellent access to the most important elements of the machine. The speed of the drum and raw material conveyor is controlled by an inverter with a touch panel; the speed of the stone belt is controlled by a variator.
The drum is equipped with a proprietary tubeless sprayer that prevents stems and tops from settling.
Днище пристрою виготовлено у вигляді зливних лійок із регульованим режимом роботи (робота/перерва). Система датчиків контролює заданий рівень води.
How it works:
The raw material is fed directly into the main chamber of the stone remover, from where it enters the drum chamber, where it is washed. At the same time, the waste conveyor removes stones and blocks to the side. Washing in the drum can take place by immersion or in a shower with fresh water, as well as in a mixed mode. After washing in the drum, the raw material is fed through an adjustable flap onto a rod conveyor with a running water sprinkler above it.
Option STANDARD:
- manufacture: construction S235JR / RAL7015 | drum: INOX | housing: galvanized steel
- work in local / remote mode (ability to combine in a line)
- option LEFT or RIGHT (direction of the waste belt and access to the control panel)
Additional equipment:
- running wheels (for driving on a compacted surface)
- an additional frame that allows direct loading onto the trailer

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.
The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
