The SO sorter is designed for calibrating potatoes and other round vegetables.

The SO lattice sorter is designed for calibrating potatoes and other round vegetables. The belt thrower is located under the sorting belt in the central part. A good sorting effect is achieved by infinitely variable speed control of the belt thrower. The quick-release PVC calibration belt allows the machine to be used to calibrate different round vegetables on the same machine by replacing the belt with the desired mesh size. One belt is supplied as standard (mesh size to choose from). Additionally, belts (meshes) with any mesh size can be ordered. If necessary, you can order a machine with a calibration metal mesh (hexagonal mesh) instead of a rubber belt for onion processing, for example. In this case, the productivity and accuracy of the machine increases significantly.

The use of a calibration belt allows for the most gentle sorting of vegetables. The sieve sorter is an ideal addition to the storage line and can be installed directly after the hopper or directly in the line, either as a single machine or as a combination of several machines with different sorting ranges.
