Palletizer FP

The FP palletizer is a simple device that optimizes the stacking of bags on a pallet.

The unit consists of three walls and a low front wall which, depending on the mounting depth, determines the size of a Europallet (1.2 m x 0.8 m) or an industrial pallet (1.2 m x 1.0 m). The chamber of the formatter is slightly smaller than the dimensions of the pallet itself. This guarantees a tight arrangement of the bags and the correct shape of the pallet with the goods, and therefore smooth loading on the trailer. The folded pallet can be removed from the former without damaging the neatly stacked sacks. Due to the fact that the two walls of the formatter are hinged, it can be opened and moved on wheels. This solution ensures that during pallet dismantling, the walls of the unit do not rub against the folded bags and do not deform the shape of the pallet.
