Drum washer
The MD drum-type washer is designed for efficient and gentle washing of vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets), making them look good and increasing their value.
The principle of operation of the washing machine is based on the fact that the loaded raw material rotates in the drum immersed in a bath of water and moves along it to the outlet. At the same time, due to mutual friction of tubers, dirt is washed off them. The raw material is additionally rinsed with clean water from a shower unit (optional) and a rinse aid located on the discharge conveyor (standard). For more efficient cleaning, an active brush roller is used, with an opposing movement to the drum, which “finishes” and polishes the vegetables (optional). The dirt settling on the bottom of the tub is removed through the cleaning hatch/dirt removal system. Next, the raw material bypasses the mechanical gate at the outlet (used to adjust the speed of the goods passing through the sink - manually adjustable) and enters the unloading conveyor and is transported to the next machine.
Optional equipment - stainless steel construction; conveyor belt speed control; nozzles in the drum; additional brushes on the drum; active brush shaft; active brush shaft with speed control; water level control panel; premium control with water level control; product discharge conveyor (L-shaped).

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.
The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
