The SR Roller Calibrator is a very efficient machine for sorting a wide range of round and oblong vegetables, including carrots, potatoes, beets and onions.
The working elements of the machine are stainless steel rollers that rotate around their own axis and move along the machine, allowing for delicate and accurate calibration.
In the working area of the roller calibrator, the rollers move on two levels. The initial height of the roller guides is constant. However, the height of the guide of every other roller is infinitely adjustable.

The sorting range is set by adjusting the distance between the roller levels for the individual sections of the sorter. When the machine is in operation, the distance between the rollers changes to the set distances, which allows the desired caliber to pass between the rollers and get to the selected conveyor. The height of the roller guide is adjusted by means of a handle. The speed of the rollers is also infinitely adjustable.
Vegetables are fed into the machine using an integrated horizontal belt conveyor, the width of which ensures even distribution of the product across the entire working width of the machine and increases the machine's productivity.
Depending on the model, the SR Roller Calibrator can sort the product into three or four fractions.

As a standard, the machine is made of black metal and powder coated, and all elements that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel or certified artificial materials.
