The box pallets are placed in the working area of the forklift. The operator starts the unloading process using the radio remote control - the flap module “presses” the box pallet upwards, and the tipping process begins until the maximum inclination is reached. After reaching the end position, the gate slide opens - the vegetables are poured onto the next machine in the line. The capacitive sensor of the tipper, aimed at the next machine, monitors the amount of vegetables - if the user-defined level is exceeded, the working carriage is lowered (the tipping angle is reduced) by a previously set time value (1-10 seconds), which leads to a slower supply of vegetables from the tipper. If the sensor indicates that the amount of vegetables is too small, the carriage is raised and/or the flap is opened.

After the drawer tray has been completely emptied, the carriage returns to its original position, the flap module lifts to release the drawer tray, allowing it to be replaced with another full drawer tray.
