09:00 - 18:00OBM2 Carrot top cutting machine
3-belt version with the possibility of double-sided cutting in automatic mode. The carrots are fed onto the central belt, from where personnel standing along the machine receive the raw material and place it between the scrapers of the side belts - the belt with the raw material is located higher than the belts of the knife sections. A system of rotating circular knives then cuts off the tops of the carrots between the scrapers. For double-sided cutting, two knife saw sections are used, as well as a feeding system for the second top section. The length of the cutting of the tops is adjustable. The finished product is fed for further processing, for example, on a two-sided conveyor, from where it enters box pallets. The cut-off tops are fed to an additional discharge conveyor, which delivers them to containers. Workplaces for personnel are provided on safe working platforms.
Equipment options:
- operation of additional conveyors (the one that takes in and the one that takes out) in automatic mode - after filling one box pallet, the conveyor automatically changes direction,
- a system for returning raw materials (the so-called reverse) - conveyors that feed raw materials back to the machine,
- the entire structure is made of acid-resistant steel.

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.
The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
