SWS / SWR | Ground separator

SWS / SWR | Ground separator

The equipment is designed for pre-calibration and separation of round vegetables from the ground and other waste. The working element is spring shafts (SWS) or smooth shafts (SWR) with an adjustable pitch in the range of 15-50 mm. It is manufactured as an independent device or as an element of equipment for hoppers and dosing containers.
Additional options:
A conveyor that receives soil and feeds it into a box pallet.
Working together with the SWG separator.
SWR as a module for the RBD discharge hopper.
Low current consumption.

Machine characteristics:
Minimizing water consumption by the sink by up to 50%.
Reducing the need for further selection of small vegetables,
Corrosion protection - the machine structure is sandblasted and then painted with 4 layers of industrial paints - 2 primer + 2 surface,
Possibility of choosing a left- or right-handed version (access to working elements and electrical control panel),
Working width and number of pipes as required

Modernization of packaging lines

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.

The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
