The equipment is designed for mechanical separation of stones using a whirlpool. The raw material, cleared of stones and lumps, is fed to the main belt, and the waste is removed to the side with the help of an auxiliary belt. Centralized lubrication system for the bearings of the rollers of the core belts immersed in a water pool - lubrication is carried out using a coil, and the lubricant comes from a conveniently located tank.
The control automation is a water level sensor that controls the operation of the electromagnetic inlet valve and the exhaust throttle valve, controls the set water level in the working chamber. The cycle of the exhaust throttle valve is adjustable. An external source of compressed air is required.
