MBL | Drum washer

The drum is suspended and driven by V-belts. An adjustable flap is located between the drum chamber and the discharge conveyor. A running water sprayer is installed above the conveyor and optionally in the drum.

Automatic cleaning of dirt during operation - throttle valves open pneumatically (external compressed air source required); water level is monitored by a sensor and filled automatically. Operation parameterization is carried out from the touch panel (optional).

As standard, the washing drum is made of perforated, ordinary steel with ø10 mm holes. Left or right-handed positioning of the manholes and control panel is available.

Washing drum: stainless perforated steel or profiled strips,
Inverter to control the speed of the drum,
Additional water spray in the drum,
Instead of a lifting exhaust throttle, there is a slotted throttle, also available as an electrically operated version.
Machine characteristics:

Thanks to the use of a V-belt drive, the device operates very quietly and evenly,
The selection conveyor is equipped with perforated scrapers (minimizing water drainage),
The drive of the drive drum is a spur gear motor with a service life 10 times longer than that of the bevel gears,
The water is discharged through a throttle valve (ø50, ø75 or ø100 mm),
Corrosion protection - the machine structure is sandblasted and then painted with 2 layers of hammer effect paint.
