OS topsy turvy trimming machine

The OS Topping Machine is a stationary device used for cutting tops.

The working elements of the device are a grid of rods with a block of knives located underneath. The onions slide on the rod grid and rotate, so that the knives, which rotate at 1500 rpm, cut off the dry tops and peel off excess dry scales.
The bars of the screen are spaced at 28 mm intervals to separate unwanted goods. If desired, the intensity of the vibrating motors that move the screen can be adjusted by an inverter. The screens are mounted on vibration isolators to ensure quiet operation. The device is designed to meet the highest safety standards. Thanks to the use of additional protection, the lid can only be opened after the knives have completely stopped working, and they can only be started after the lid is completely closed.

The standard machine is made of powder-coated steel.
