Container tipper WS

The WS hydraulic tipper is a device designed to unload containers directly from the tipper or to feed the product directly to a conveyor installed on it.

Thanks to a special tipping mechanism and two double-acting cylinders, the machine has a maximum tipping angle of 180°.

Part of the standard equipment of each WS is an ultrasonic product sensor that measures the level of the product in the hopper of the first subsequent machine, allowing for container deviation to be controlled, thereby ensuring smooth operation. Thanks to the wireless remote control, the operator can control the machine without leaving the truck.

The WS container tipper is available in three different sizes:
for containers with maximum width
1600 mm, 1800 mm or 2000 mm.

Steel construction with powder coating,
tipping angle: 180°, product level sensor,
remote control, audible alarm.

Modernization of packaging lines

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.

The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
