The TB series belt inspection tables are designed for manual inspection of all types of vegetables, including root vegetables such as carrots, parsley, parsnips, and smaller products such as Brussels sprouts. The TB series inspection tables are equipped with a certified PVC belt. The sliding belt enables more precise product quality control. The speed of the belt is infinitely variable via a frequency converter. An element of standard equipment for conveyor tables is lighting. Each belt table is equipped with two cleaning plates that remove dirt from the belt during operation.

The standard machine is made of powder-coated steel. As standard, the machine is made of stainless steel with powder coating.

Modernization of packaging lines

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.

The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
