Polisher VS

The equipment is designed to work in production lines, and it receives pre-washed product from the sink. Vegetables are cleaned inside the drum, which consists of brush shafts that rotate in the opposite direction to the drum to ensure maximum cleaning effect. Each shaft consists of segmented brushes with two bristle thicknesses.

Depending on the machine model, the length of the brush shafts is 2 or 3 meters. Hydraulic adjustment of the machine's working angle and independent adjustment of the brush and drum rotation speed allow you to adjust the equipment to each type of vegetable and the degree of contamination. In the middle of the drum, there are spray nozzles for two independent water circuits: clean water from the mains and dirty water supplied in a closed circuit from the polisher bath. The degree of opening of the flap for the product to exit the drum is regulated by the handle.

The VS polisher has been designed for continuous and intensive use. It is equipped with a sealed and maintenance-free brush shaft bearing system as standard, and the clever design makes it easy to remove the brush shafts for future maintenance.
