It is used to evenly supply the product to the production line. Typically, the uniform feed hopper is installed in front of the vegetable sorting machines or in front of the packaging equipment. The raw material enters a high-sided belt conveyor, which normally operates as a conveyor, and after the ultrasonic sensors of the product signal an excess of product on the belt, the rear part of the conveyor is lowered to form a buffer.

Thanks to this, the amount of raw materials fed is regulated, ensuring that the same amount of product is delivered to the machines in the production line behind it - this ensures a constant, even flow of goods, which brings maximum productivity. The equipment operates in an automatic mode - controlled by a system of ultrasonic sensors.
