After the bag layer is placed, the plates slide apart, leaving the bag layer on the pallet suspended in the packing chamber. The shape of the pallet is formed by active sheets in the stacking chamber. The machine sequentially lowers the pallet while stacking the next layers. When the pallet has reached the specified number of layers, it is lowered to the bottom of the chamber, and the door opens. The pallet with the stacked bags automatically slides off the roller conveyor. The process of feeding pallets into the device is carried out by a feeder, the operation of which is controlled by a system of sensors. Access to the working parts of the AR20 palletizer is provided by a platform equipped with a security system. The machine structure is made of S235 steel after shot blasting and covered with two layers of powder paint. The active chamber plates and sliding plates are made of acid-resistant steel 1.4301.
