ARV packaging machine

The APB packing machine is a fully automatic device for packing potatoes in paper bags weighing from 2 kg to 10 kg.

The principle of operation of the packaging machine is that an empty paper bag is taken from the bag feeder section, moved to the neck, into which a portion of the product prepared by the weighing batcher falls, and after filling, the bag is sewn and placed on the conveyor and removed from the machine. The weighed portions of vegetables are transferred to the conveyor by means of a belt that absorbs falls. The conveyor also serves as a storage device that holds one portion, which increases the efficiency of the device. A sensor on the neck of the machine monitors its throughput, preventing interruptions caused by
accidental hanging of products in the neck.

The machine's adaptability to different containers is optimized by the ability to save the machine's settings to the packaging. The height of the main working elements is electrically adjustable and can be saved in the machine's memory. The device is controlled by a large, user-friendly Mitsubishi touch panel.
The APB packaging machine is adapted for use with the WK series of multi-channel scales.
