BP receiving hopper

The BP receiving hopper is a comprehensive and compact device used to unload wooden crates and feed goods to the next stages of the line.
The equipment consists of a 7.6 m3 (3.5 t) hopper and a built-in container tipper. The tilt angle is 180°. The power supply is 380 V, with a capacity of 3.5 kW.

The device is designed to work with boxes with a width of 1.4 m to 1.8 m, the height of the container is 1.3 m. At the customer's request, the tipper can be installed on either side of the hopper.
The hopper is discharged using a conveyor belt installed at the bottom of the hopper. The operator selects the direction of the belt using a switch on the control cabinet.
The container is tipped by an efficient hydraulic drive. The complete cycle of tipping and returning the box to its original position takes 30 seconds.
The maximum efficiency of the machine is about 35 boxes per hour.

The BP receiving hopper is equipped with automation that controls the box overturning and the level of the hopper filling.
The machine is equipped with a remote control as standard, which allows the operator to control the main functions of the machine without leaving the loader.
The BP intake hopper is equipped with forklift shafts that ensure convenient and safe transportation of the device.

Modernization of packaging lines

Upgrading packaging and sorting lines is one of the options available to all our customers. Comprehensive partial or complete replacement of equipment, increasing the packaging capacity of the enterprise is a need that sooner or later arises for every producer of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Updating production lines and its modules reduces the duration of the packaging cycle, reduces the number of production errors by 20-40%, and reduces your costs.

The upgrade of production modules should be approached in stages. Agropack's engineers will redesign your facility, relocate the line, test capacities, diagnose the installed equipment, and only then upgrade the line and software.
